Nectar Garlic Roasted Carrots

2 pounds carrots cut into 3 inch pieces
1/2 container margarine
2 tbsp nectar
4 garlic cloves minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp new ground pepper
New parsley
Directions:
Preheat stove to 425 degrees
In a stove safe skillet soften margarine. Include nectar and garlic and speed until joined.
Include carrots and hurl to coat.
Prepare in broiler for 25 minutes or until carrots are fork delicate.
Discretionary Broil for 3-4 minutes to caramelize the carrots a bit.
Sprinkle with hacked parsley.
