Fixings :

for 6 servings 

FAJITA SEASONING 

1 tablespoon stew powder 

1 teaspoon cumin 

1 teaspoon paprika 

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper 

½ teaspoon garlic powder 

1 teaspoon salt 

1 teaspoon dark pepper 

½ onion, cut 

1 red chime pepper, cut 

1 green chime pepper, cut 

2 tablespoons olive oil 

1 container long grain rice (200 g) 

2 containers chicken soup (475 mL) 

1 ½ lb chicken delicate (680 g) 


Enhancement :

tomato 

cilantro 

cheddar 

lime wedge 


Planning :

Preheat broiler to 375°F (190°C). 

In a medium bowl, join flavors to make fajita flavoring, or use locally acquired. 

In a substantial bowl, consolidate, onion, peppers, and chicken. 

Include oil and flavoring, and blend until flavoring is completely consolidated. 

In a goulash dish, include rice and chicken soup. At that point set out all veggies and chicken. 

Spread the dish with foil and prepare for 50-55 minutes until rice is completely cooked. 

Present with tomatoes, cilantro, and cheddar, whenever wanted.
