Fixings :
for 2 servings
2 chicken bosoms
2 little broccoli crowns
4 medium red potatoes
¼ container olive oil (60 mL)
2 teaspoons ocean salt
2 teaspoons dark pepper
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
2 cloves garlic, pulverized
⅓ container parmesan cheddar, ground (40 g)
Readiness :
Cut broccoli and potatoes into little pieces and spot on either side of a sheet plate.
Spot two entire chicken bosoms amidst the sheet plate. Sprinkle the vegetables and chicken with olive oil (everything except 1 tablespoon).
Shower the vegetables and chicken with olive oil (everything except 1 tablespoon).
In a little bowl, mix the salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika.
Equally sprinkle the zest blend over the veggies and the two sides of the chicken. (TIP! Spare any abundance zest blend for next time.)
Preheat stove to 400˚F (200˚C).
Daintily blend the veggies on the dish with your hands to coat with the flavors.
Rub the highest point of the chicken bosom with pulverized garlic, at that point sprinkle the parmesan cheddar equally over the chicken and vegetables.
Prepare for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken's inner temperature achieves 165ºF (75ºC).
