Velvety Tortellini Minestrone

1 container 1-inch cut crisp green beans 

1/2 Tbsp minced garlic (4 cloves) 

3 (14 oz) jars low-sodium chicken stock or vegetable juices, or more to thin as wanted 

2 (14.5 oz) jars diced tomatoes 

2 Tbsp tomato glue 

1/4 mugs divided and cut zucchini (1 little) 

2 tsp dried basil* 

1 tsp dried oregano 

1/2 tsp dried thyme 

Salt and naturally ground dark pepper 

1 (9 oz) pkg. refrigerated three cheddar tortellini 

1 (14.5 oz) can dim red kidney beans, depleted and washed 

2 glasses cleaved crisp spinach 

1/4 glasses half and half** 

Finely destroyed parmesan cheddar, for serving 


Guidelines: 

Warmth oil in a vast pot over medium-high warmth. Include onions, carrots and celery, saute 5 minutes. 

Include green beans and garlic and saute 2 minutes longer. Include chicken stock, tomatoes, tomato glue, zucchini, basil, oregano and thyme. 

Season with salt and pepper to taste and heat blend to the point of boiling, at that point spread and stew 12 - 15 minutes, or until veggies are practically delicate. 

Include tortellini and cook around 7 minutes or until cooked through, at that point include kidney beans, spinach and creamer cook until warmed through and spinach is withered, around 2 minutes longer.
