Harvest time Pear Salad

1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 Tbsp finely diced shallot
Salt and newly ground dark pepper
Plate of mixed greens
1/2 container hacked walnuts
1 Tbsp salted spread
1 Tbsp stuffed light-dark colored sugar
7 oz Spring Salad and Spinach mix
2 oz parmesan cheddar, shaved
2 Pears, cut dainty (Bartlett or Anjou are incredible)
1/3 container dried improved cranberries
Directions:
To a blender include olive oil, balsamic vinegar, nectar, dijon mustard, diced shallot and season with salt and pepper to taste (I utilized a 1/4 +1/8 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper).
Mix blend until all around emulsified, around 20 seconds. Store in cooler in a hermetically sealed holder until prepared to serve.
In a medium skillet soften margarine alongside darker sugar over medium warmth. When blend has liquefied include walnuts and cook, mixing always until caramelized, around 2 minutes. Exchange to a plate in a solitary layer to cool.
Layer lettuce and pears in a huge bowl and prepare with dressing, at that point top with parmesan, dried cranberries and sweetened walnuts and serve (on the other hand simply layer all the plate of mixed greens fixings at that point sprinkle with dressing.
