Ingredients:
1 Cup shredded Colby & Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 lb Seasoned/Cooked ground beef
8 ct Pillsbury refrigerator biscuits
Instructions:
- First, Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with cooking spray (I used a small 8x6" pan but you can use a larger pan to fit all 8 biscuits)
- Then, Open your can of biscuits, carefully separate each one in half, and line the pan with the bottom half of each biscuit.
- Evenly spread your warm ground beef over top of the biscuits.
- Sprinkle your cheese evenly over the ground beef.
- Place the top half of each biscuit onto the cheese and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top of the biscuits are golden brown.
- Slice and enjoy with a little ketchup and mustard.
